Our founder, Tara Greer, established 4 the Future based on her belief that proper education is a fundamental requirement for a brighter future. Although the current “playing field” is far from equal, every child deserves access to our nation’s vast educational resources and tools. As a result, she single-handedly created our association in 2003, and has tirelessly continued her commitment to bringing communities closer – particularly those in the Tampa Bay, Florida area – through mutual work; shared responsibility; selfless effort and contributions.

Ms. Greer received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida and an MBA from American Intercontinental University.
